1. Scope of Service

• The booking must be made after April 2026 and is for up to 6 guests.

• The dinner experience includes food preparation, cooking, and service for a maximum of six guests at the host’s residence.

• All ingredients and necessary cooking utensils will be provided by our team.

• All serveware must be provided by the host.

• All beverages will be provided by the host.

2. Kitchen Use & Clean-Up

• Our team will use the host’s kitchen facilities solely for the purpose of preparing and serving the meal.

• We commit to leaving the kitchen in the same condition in which it was found, including surface cleaning and removal of any waste generated during service.

• We are not responsible for deep cleaning, dishwashing of host-owned items, or pre-existing damage.

3. Liability & Insurance

• While every effort will be made to ensure safe and respectful use of the host’s property, we shall not be held liable for:

o Any damage to appliances, fixtures, or surfaces unless caused by gross negligence.

o Any allergic reactions or dietary issues unless disclosed in advance.

• Hosts are advised to secure their own insurance coverage for household contents and liability.

4. Health & Safety

• Our chef and team adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Hosts must ensure the kitchen is clean, functional, and free of hazards prior to our arrival.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

• Hosts must inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 72 hours prior to the event.

• We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments unless explicitly arranged.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

7. Photography & Promotion

• With the host’s consent, we may take photos of the event for promotional use.

• No images will be shared publicly without prior approval.
