On Sunday 1st May 2022 @ 8am, I will be challenging myself to endure 24 Hours of Burpees, this event will be held at Train Beach Club in La Mer, Dubai.

My challenge will finish on Monday 2nd May 2022 @ 8am.

Please come and down at any point of the day and support if you’re in and around the area. There will be many businesses there supporting me such as supplement brand, meal prep company, Mr Ice UAE (ice recovery), sports massage and many more! It’s going to be a fulfilling day and I’ll need all the support I can get.

I will be raising money for the Al Jalila Foundation. They support medical treatment for Children's Families who’re unable to afford quality healthcare; provides scholarships to nurture a home-grown generation of medical professionals and supports ground-breaking research that addresses health challenges prevalent in the region: cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and mental health.

Any amount, big or small, makes a huge difference.
