Hello, 

I am an individual living and working in Dubai, UAE for over 6 years. I would like to create a campaigne for  personal purposes - I am a stray cat rescue here and I am intending to raise funds for a rescued cat to be relocated to the overseas for adoption. 

I would appreciate if you can advise me if this is a possible/ legal campaign that can be carried out by an individual.
