To link the “Bridge of Human Solidarity” project with the launch of a Lebanese Grill Snack Bar, as a foundational step toward building the Global City of Intelligence — a place where intelligence lives within mercy.

The Concept:
Opening a Lebanese Grill Snack, specializing in authentic spices and blends.
The project is directly tied to the training and empowerment of Moroccan individuals with Down Syndrome (a large and underserved population) — teaching them to prepare Lebanese dishes and serve sandwiches like shawarma, sujuk, Hummus and Nigerian-soya meat," with a Lebanese taste and Moroccan touch, while learning how to interact with customers.
This is based on our documented research proving that individuals with Down Syndrome can activate and expand their cognitive abilities, especially in culinary environments, and can be prepared to achieve independence and sustainable income in the future.
Phase One:
• Establish a central kitchen and training center with a Lebanese grill snack storefront
• Create a community hub for individuals with Down Syndrome to feel socially valued and empowered
• Combat social stigma, exclusion, and poverty, especially for those who cannot even afford a simple meal like others
• Seize the global opportunity of Morocco hosting the FIFA World Cup 2030 by starting early — this initiative will gain visibility and support locally and internationally

Menu:
Trainees will learn to prepare around 30 traditional Lebanese dishes
