Ramadan is the month of giving. It’s a time of compassion and sharing. For Sadaqa or Zakat. Collateral Repair Project (CRP) is launching this campaign in Ramadan to help refugee families in Jordan who desperately need help with their food needs under the lock-down.

COVID-19 has unleashed extreme challenges in refugees’ communities in Jordan. Families who were vulnerable prior to the pandemic are even more so now, and those who once had a source of income no longer do, with dire effects on their ability to get food. Right now, emergency food aid is CRP's top priority, and your support quickly gets food on families' tables and addresses their biggest source of stress.

We cannot help additional families needing emergency food aid until we are able to bring in more funds.

All of my kids are active participants in CRP’s youth programs. My daughter Sara’s reading and writing finally developed after she joined the SuperGirls program. Every day she reads stories to us! My sons Naser and Kareem have an outlet for all their energy in CRP’s kickboxing program, and I love that they can make use of their free time and also benefit their health and well being. Even me! I received vocational beauty training at CRP, and I now cut and style my own—and my neighbors’—hair!”
