Across Lebanon, Gaza, and Sudan, millions of people are facing the devastating consequences of conflict with limited access to the care they urgently need.
At Doctors Without Borders (MSF), our teams are responding on the frontlines, providing life-saving medical care in some of the most challenging conditions.
Lebanon
After a sharp escalation in violence across Lebanon, airstrikes hit multiple cities, leaving thousands killed, injured, and displaced. Although a temporary ceasefire has brought a fragile sense of relief, many families remain in uncertainty, returning to homes that may be destroyed.
Hospitals are still under immense pressure, treating patients with severe injuries.
Our teams are responding across the country, supporting hospitals, running mobile clinics, and providing medical care, mental health support, clean water, and essential relief items to families affected.
Gaza
In Gaza, MSF teams continue to provide essential, life-saving care despite severe and ongoing restrictions.
We currently support hospitals and run field hospitals, primary healthcare centres, and medical points providing trauma care, outpatient consultations, and critical services.
While access to supplies remains limited, our teams are adapting to maintain care for patients who continue to rely on us every day.
Sudan
In Sudan, conflict has forced millions from their homes and pushed health systems to the brink.
MSF teams are treating war-wounded patients, supporting hospitals, and providing care in displacement sites and refugee camps where access to healthcare is extremely limited.
Across the country, our teams are delivering emergency care, maternal and pediatric services, malnutrition treatment, and responding to outbreaks of preventable diseases.
Behind every number is a person — a family, a life interrupted by conflict.
And in each of these places, our teams are there, providing care where it is needed most.
Your support allows us to respond quickly, to remain where the needs are greatest, and to continue delivering independent medical care in moments like these.
