It's been almost a year since our team hit the floor and smashed out workouts for Battle Cancer 2023.... 4 mates having a great time working out together.
And we also smashed out our fundraising target, and were the highest fundraisers of the event. No 1 baby!

So now we're back for another round of beasting ourselves on the workout floor all inthe name of raising funds and awareness for a disease that has effected each of us in some way.

But can we do it again this year?

A little more about what and who we are raising funds for:
Al Jalila Foundation is delighted to once again be the charity partner of Battle Cancer who have demonstrated their incredible commitment to promote cancer awareness through sport and fundraise for charities worldwide.
Al Jalila Foundation supports medical research and patient treatment for a number of health challenges, including cancer. According to studies, cancer is the third leading cause of death in the UAE with approximately 4,500 new cases of cancer reported every year. Advances in research give us hope that cancer can be beaten and at Al Jalila Foundation we fund pioneering research to get one step closer to a cure. Since 2013, Al Jalila Foundation has funded 43 cancer research projects and helped hundreds of vulnerable patients receive quality medical treatment in the UAE.
100% of the proceeds from the Battle Cancer, Dubai campaign will support research and treatment to give hope to cancer patients.

Beauties and the Beef
Beef is broken!
Poor Beefo has a bad back. That's what old age and rugby do to you peeps. Take note!
A couple of bulging discs and a couple of epidurals later, we've made Beef sit this one out. No point making it worse. But he will be there cheering from the sidelines and WILL be buying al the rounds afterwards.
We're still competing though and Kat's awesome hubby, Kelv, is stepping into Beefs size 9s. We've nicknamed him "Tofu" as there can only be one Beef, and he's been in the garden throwing a sandbag around to get up to speed to keep up with the 3 fit Beauts.
What could possibly go wrong?
Anyway, we're only a couple of days away so dig deep everyone. Every little helps this great case.
